You send us your services, prices and the people who work with you. We build the site, load your client list and put every booking already in your diary into Kapsel. You do not touch a computer.

Google Business Profile tidy-up
An optional once-off job: we claim and verify your Google listing, fix your hours and phone number, add your photos, and point the Website and Book buttons at your Kapsel page. Most clients find salons on Google Maps, so this is usually the fastest new-client win. Ask us for the price.
Our promises about your clients
- We never sell or share your clients’ information. Not to anyone, ever.
- We only message your clients on your behalf — confirmations, reminders and changes to their bookings. Nothing else unless you ask and they agree.
- Your client list and booking history are yours. Ask and we send them to you, including after you cancel.
- If one of your clients asks to be removed, we remove them.
- If you cancel, we keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it.

Questions
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works on your phone — your diary, your clients, your prices. We do the setup, so you never have to sit in front of a computer to get started.
What if I already have a domain?
We use it. It stays registered in your name, so it is always yours. If you do not have one, we give you a free address like yoursalon.kapsel.rooikatsystems.com.
What happens to my current bookings?
We put them in for you during setup — from your diary book, your phone or your WhatsApp. Nothing gets lost and no client has to be told anything has changed.
Can I pay by EFT?
Yes. We invoice you every month with our bank details and a reference, and mark it paid when it arrives. Card is less work for both of us, but EFT is fine.
What if I cancel?
Everything keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. We send you your client list and booking history, keep your data for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it. Your own domain stays yours.
